How do I set Outlook 2007 to remote link and not embed images?

The "When an HTML message contains pictures located on the Internet, send a
copy of the pictures instead of the reference to their location" checkbox
isn't in Outlook 2007 that I can tell. Can Outlook's default image embedding
rather than linking behavior be altered?
