How do I set Outlook Express as my default e-mail service ?

When I try to send a message, my system takes me to Microsoft Office word
2003 as my e-mail editor ?? However, there is no button to click on to
actually send the message I created. I tried file - send to - mail recipient
- but it does not appear to actually send the message. What am I doing wrong ?

Outlook 2003, if so configured, would open Word as e-mail editor (though it
has an adequate editor of its own). The first button on the e-mail toolbar
is marked 'send a copy' Click to send the message.

If you want Outlook Express as your default e-mail application, you should
set it as the default program for e-mails from Windows Control Panel >
Internet Options.
