How do I set pop-up Reminder Window to turn off Out of Office?

When I return to the office after being out, the older version of Microsoft
used to have a pop-up Reminder that my Out-of-Office was on, and I was
prompted to turn it off if I wanted to. Is there a way to set it up so I get
that Reminder with this version?

if you show the status bar, it shows its enabled (and displays a balloon
message when you load outlook) but current builds do not bring up the
dialog.
