How do I set tab stops for the whole page?

I am trying to set tabs stops for a document in Publisher and I would like to
create the same stops for each line of the document. However, it has only
let me set the tab stops line by line. This is pretty frustrating. I tried
to set tabs in the Master Page, but it wouldn't let me. HELP!!!

Are you using the enter key at the end of each sentence or are you trying to
apply tabs one line at a time?

Select all the text, Format menu, tabs, clear all the tabs, either type the tab
stops in this dialogue or change the tabs on the ruler.
