HOW DO I SET TABS ON A FORM CONTRACT

I have a real estate contract that needs to be in letter size and the
original form is in Legal. I have copied and pasted it in Publisher to
reduce it to letter size. How can I set the tabs so I can fill out the forms/

You really can't do this type of fill-in form using Publisher with ease. You are
far better off using Word.
