how do I set Template Help pane NOT show when I open a Visio file

Can someone please tell me how do I set Template Help pane to NOT show when I
open a Visio file?

Hello Irene,

Following steps may help you to resolve the issue:

1. In Visio, open the Tools > Options dialog.

2. Select the General tab.

3. Click on the "Service Options" button.

4. Select the "Online Content" category from the left hand pane.

5. Uncheck this option:
- Show Template Help automatically when available

6. Click OK twice and then restart Visio.
