How do I set the correct menue language in Outlook 2003

I hac Outlook 2000 in German language installed. I uninstalled it and deleted
the Microsoft Office folder manually. I then installed Office 2003 in English.

Now I have the folders (Inbox, Sent Items, ...) in German and the column
headers in the email window, too.

How can I get the English terms? WITHOUT FORMATING MY HARDRIVE!!!
