I recently upgraded to Win XP from Win 98. Everything went well and I have
the Regional settings set to UK. However, the date formats in Outlook 2000
(dates in the 'Received' column in the 'Inbox') and Excel 2000 seem to be set
to month/day/year. How can I get back to day/month/year settings for
everything? Is the issue in the PC or is it in the individual programs?
Note - when I look in other programs such as Windows Explorer (in the column
'Date Modified' for example) the date format is correct (day/month/year).
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
