How do I set the default message style? (font, size, and colour)

Hello,

Every time I open up a new message, the default text format is plain text,
and when I switch to HTML, the default text is Consolas, and the colour is
black. I would like the default style to be HTML, Microsoft Sans, and Blue
colour scheme.

How do I do this?

Have you explored all the possible styles in an outgoing message form? Click
the down arrow to the right of the word "Styles" on the Message tab on the
ribbon.
