How do I set the order in a webform created in publisher

I created a webform in Pub 2007 and then published it to my website. The
problem is that when anyone tries to fill in the answers and then uses the
"tab" key to move between fields, the cursor gets moved all over the form -
it just does not proceed in a logical way. Can anyone tell me how to fix
this so my clients don't have to actually click in each box to type in their
answers?
