How do I set the outline default to collapse text in Powerpoint?
When using the outline on the left side of the screen, I would like to set
my default so that it always collapses text. I only use the outline to
navigate to slides when editing. It is much easier to navigate if I collapse
so that I can see as many slides as possible. When I insert new slides I
then have to collapse that new slide. After inserting a slide, clicking the
little icon expands all and then collapses again. Alt+Shift+1 is just
another set of keystrokes I don't want to have to learn.
