How do I set the "Send" button to the shortcut "Ctrl-Enter"?

To send e-mails I must grab the mouse and click on "Send." My home computer
allows me to simply press "Ctrl-Enter" and the e-mail is sent that way. How
can I set this computer to use that short cut..it saves much time! This is
Outlook 2003 and the same program is on the home computer.

do you have something installed that hijacked the ctrl+enter button? Does
Alt+S work?

CTRL-Enter is still a shortcut for Send in Outlook 2003.

Yes, Alt+S does work. Why is there a difference and how can I change to one
system?

But "Ctrl-Enter" does not work on this new computer with Outlook 2003;
however Alt+S does work. How can I change to one system?

Find out what else you have running that is hijacking the CTRL-Enter
sequence.
