How do I set the "unsubscribe" link in a Publisher e-mail flyer?

I have created an e-mail flyer from Publisher. In the template at the bottom
of the document there is a template sentence that reads:

"To remove your name from our mailing list, please click here".

I activated the hyperlink with my e-mail address, and when you click on it
it opens an e-mail window. Can I set it so that the Subject line in the
e-mail reads "Unsubscribe Me" or "Remove Me"?

Any hints, tips or suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help given :)
