how do I set up a cd-rw disc to add to it later

mY cd-rw discs tell me they are read only. I need to add to them but cannot.
How do I format the disc so I can add to it from time to time?

This is not really an Excel question - are you sure you have posted to
the newsgroup which you intended?

The short answer is don't finalize the disk.
The long answer is ask/look in a newsgroup that covers the question.
