How do I set up a Church Member Directory in Publisher

I cannot find a template for a Church Directory, anybody know where there is
one to be found?

What information are you planning to use in the directory? What version
Publisher are you using? You might want to look at catalog merge. It allows you
to make terrific directories.

This is for 2007, it is about the same in 2003.
