how do i set up a customer database which includes their photo?

trying to set up a small customer database. I have been able to design my
own database with the fields needed but need to add an individual photograph
on each record. I have been able to add a graphic but it appears on every
record. Any ideas please how to overcome this would be appreciated! thanks
