How do I set up a drop down menu from a navigation bar

I'm trying to make my first-ever website in Publisher. I would like to be
able to have a drop-down submenu from the 'Service list' main navigation bar
tag which takes users to the detailed pages (which they can also access from
the 'Service list' page too. But I can't find how to set up this 'secondary'
navigation bar. Please help. It was going really well up to then

This is not supported directly in Publisher. You might be able to Google,
and insert via the insert html code fragment feature, DHTML menus,
javascript menus or perhaps dropdown or flyout menus. One alternative
workaround might be to create your own textual menu on the main Service List
page, that links to the other detailed pages.
