how do i set up a ecommerce webpage using frontpage 2002

I have a website and am trying to set up ecommere. I am using frontpage 2002.
According to the help menu, I just go to tools and choose ecommerce. Under
tools, there is no ecommerce. Do I need to upload from somewhere? Am I
missing something?

This really isn't a feature of FrontPage, regardless of which version you have.

Depending on what you want to sell, the best approach is usually to sign up
for an offering from your ISP offers or from one of the big Web sites like
MSN Shopping.
