How do I set up a family tree template in powerpoint please

I am trying to use powerpoint to set up my family tree history. The nearest
template I can find is an organisation chart, does anyone have any advice
please

You can also use autoshapes (Draw menu) and connectors (also in the draw menu).

I think you should look at other genealogy programs for this rather than
PowerPoint
