How do I set up a font (and size) for ALL instances in Outlook?

For example, when I reply to a message, I automatically use the font (and
size) of the origional sender. I don't want this. I want to use the font I
CHOSE to write messages - in my case Comic Sans 12.

You can set the font style in "Tools", "Options", "E-Mail-Format",
"Fonts" (perhaps the menunames are a little bit different, because I
have only a german version of outlook).

Replies and forwards always use the format of the original message. I don't
believe you can change that.
