How do I set up a Master Calendar?

I need to make a Master Calendar for 2009. I have Windows 2007 and am new to
the calendaring. Can anyone help?

There is no Windows 2007. There is Vista and Windows XP, Windows 2003 and
2008 for servers, and really old versions called Windows 98 and Windows 95.

What type of calendar do you need for a master calendar? Do you need a print
out or just an electronic calendar?
