How do I set up a media download on my website with Publisher?

Brian's Web of Sound

I am designing our company's website using Publisher, and I am now
questioning whether it has the capabilities to provide certain aspects to the
site. I need to be able to provide a free download of a small video clip,
pdf files, etc. Does anyone know if I can do this using Publisher? If so,
then how? Any help is most certainly appreciated. Thank you.
