I want to set up a multi-level microsoft access switchboard. Where a user can
click on an item and it takes them to another level of choices. How can I
create this?

Use the Switchboard Manager to create a switchboard with your main menu
items then select an item click on edit this will bring up another window
where you can add additional menu items relevant to the main menu item.

Your best bet is to create your own switchboard using unbound forms
and command buttons. You can set the Click event of a command button
to open a second or a third switchboard form. By creating your own
forms, you have more control over appearance, functionality, and
maintenance. If you use the command button wizard, Access will even do
most of the programming for you.
