How do I set up a new server on Outlook?

I need to establish a different server & username for Outlook; but when I
tried to reinstall from the CD it's telling me that the Product Key is not
valid (although I checked it numerous times). Office XP was purchased by a
student at a university.

Is there some way to reconfigure this without reinstalling from the
installation CD?
