How do I set up a new toolbar from a Word document?

I have a Word document that contains a toolbar I want to save and use for
documents. How do I do this?

Use the Organiser (ALT+F8 > Organiser) to copy it to the normal template.
However depending on what functions it applies it may no longer work.
