How do I set up a Out of Office on behalf of my boss?

I am the secretary. How can I set up Out of Office on half of my boss when he
is in a trip? Now, I have permission to reply his mails.

Not without logging into his mailbox somehow. He can do it from the road
if he uses Outlook Web Access.
