How do I set up a page horizontally vs vertically

I am trying to set up a church program on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.
However, I want to fold the paper horizontally (11 x 8 1/2) instead of
vertically (8 1/2 x 11). The program will fold down the middle.

Use page setup.

File | Page Setup. On the Margins tab, choose Landscape orientation. You may
also want to use "2 pages per sheet" or "Book fold" to lay out your
bulletin.
