How do I set up a program organizer for several grants and delive.

Would like to see at a glance the progress of several grant programs that
include five agencies under one umbrella and has different deliverables for
each grant. Specifically; budget amounts, 3 mo/6mo and final reporting
requirements, if deliverables have been met or is still delinquent from one
agency. Each agency has impact on the success of all programs and impacts
the other agencies in the reporting compliance as the report is not complete
without all agencies input.
