HOW DO I SET UP A RULE TO REPLY OR FORWARD WITH A MESSAGE?

I am going crazy with godaddy.com. Athough my acount settings mail prefs are
all set to "no" for ANY of their advertising mail, I get multiple daily
advertisements from them. I set up the rules wizard to delete and forward
mail to two company addresses...sigh...they just ignore them. I am going to
just block/delete all messages from them and would like to forward or reply
with a messge telling them that their mail is refused and all legitimate
account messages will have to be made by phone or postal service. It seems
that there should be a way to automatically reply back to an email with a
message..but I can't figure out how. I am a bit of a novice here, not very
technically inclined. How can I make an auto-reply message?

It won't work. Most likely the messages are coming from either an
unattended mailbox or a non-existent mailbox so no one will ever see your
reply.

So is there a way to forward it to addresses I know are good with a message?
And....in the event I have a need to set up a reply (for a vacation
notification etc) do you know how to do it?

Yes. A rule can do that.

vacation notification etc) do you know how to do it?

I already gave you the link that explains this.
