How do I set up a shared mulitple user calendar in Outlook 2002?

Would like to set up a shared calendar that shows appointments for up to 5
users. View 1 day of appointments with 5 separate columns so that different
people can enter appointments and other users to be able to view any updates
by just refreshing the screen.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
