how do i set up a single entry for multiple seperate forms

I would like to be able to put a name in a field an one for and have it auto
generate onto the other forms in my database that have the same field name

you can do this easily if your tables are set up correctly and normalised.
If you post back with the details of the table with the name field, and the
other tables that are related to that table, we can help.
