how do i set up access upgrade with office teacher and student ver

I have a copy of access upgrade 2003 and want to install it with my office
for teacher and student. however, when i try to install access i get an error
message saying that i do not have office 2000 or xp.I have tried to use my
office cd but it still will not work. Any ideas. |Thanks

As far as I know, you're out of luck.

Office For Teacher and Student does not qualify for any upgrade editions for
any products.
