How do I set up administrator privileges

I have the Office CD. In the office update website it indicates that I need
to have administrator privileges to download the recommended update. How do
I access those administrator privileges?

Hi, Jim. Windows allows you to configure multiple user profiles on the same
computer. When you boot your computer, you will be prompted to log on to
Windows with a username and password if there are multiple users profiles; if
this is the case, log on as Administrator or as the user designated as the
administrator. If yours is the one and only user profile in Windows, then
you automatically have administrator privileges.
