How do I set up an alert for everyone who shares one exchange mai.

When two or more people are sharing a mailbox, how do I set up an alert that
they will all receive when new mail arrives?

Nothing is built into Outlook to do that for a secondary mailbox, unless you want to set up a rule to forward all incoming messages. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/notify.htm.
