How do I set up an approval process

I am tryin gto set up a process within MS Access to approve forms using
companies email.

I have a work request form in access and it needs to go to several peopel for
there approval. i would like to use their email addresses if possible.

You can build a report and email it. I think the button wizard includes
functions for emailing a report.

Just make sure your report filters the data so it only includes the record
that you are looking at when you decide to email it. there are plenty of
previous posts on that topic if you need help with it.
