How do I set up an excel database, which receives data from a web

I want to get data (share prices) from the web, let say yahoo every hour, and
keep these prices in an excel file (database). I can import the price into
my excel worksheet into a specific cell, but I want automatically to get this
price and enter it to a database/table in the same workshhet without having
manually to copy and paste it.
