How do I set up an outlook e-mail account

There is no send button on my outlook express pop-up for e-mails. How do I
set up an account so I can actually use this?

To add a POP3/IMAP account in Outlook Express, just pick Tools > Accounts >
Add button in the main Outlook Express window.

I have a similar problem with getting Outlook 2003 to work properly on a
laptop with Windows 7. Our PC (VISTA) also uses Outlook 2003 and is our
primary machine - we use Charter.net (POP3 ???). We want to use the laptop
for e-mail etc. and be able to see currently recieved e-mail. So far, we can
send e-mails but cannot recieve or see current messages sent to us. Please
provide help in how to configure the laptop to be our secondary e-mail
send/recieve machine.
