How do I set up custom option envelope size 4 3/8"X5 3/4"?

What is the easiest way to setup envelopes that are not on the listing? I
entered
4 3/8" by 5 3/4" and received the following error message:

Word has increase the envelope height or width becasue it is to small. The
minimum dimensions are 6.4" by 2.13"
