how do i set up email template with picture

Hi there, i want to set up an email template so i can send same basic message
everytime but with additional text on occasions. I would like to incoporate
an animated background if possible, can anyone help me ?

Version of Outlook? Are you using word as your editor? Outlook doesn't do
animated bg welll... but you can easily save a template to reuse. File,
Save as... Outlook template.

I am using Microsoft Word as my e.mail editor, and version 3 of Outlook.
I have actually saved the template in Outlook, but would like it to appear
everytime i create new message.

Version 3? There wasn't a true version 3 - Outlook 97 was v.8.

You can't set a custom template for the default mail form but you can create
a button for the template or copy it to folder (I made one called templates)
and select it when you send mail. If you save it as HTML and place it in
the stationery folder you can select it using Actions, New message using...
