How do I set up fields of info to print on form letter?

I have pre-printed payment agreements that I would like to run through my
printer and populate with the information that I currently type in using a
regular typewriter. Is there a way to set up some kind of template or
document with the information I need to print on these forms. How do I get
the info to print in the correct location on the pre-printed forms? It seems
like there should be a way to do this. Thank You for any and all help. We
use Microsoft Windows 2000.

Put text boxes in the appropriate location on a blank page, and then
type your information in those boxes. Then run the page through the
printer to apply your typed text.

Bob is correct and that works fine, but sometimes you need to do a fair
amount of tweaking to get it exactly where you want it. That is normal and
you may need to re-tweak if you use a different printer or if the printer
driver is updated.
