how do i set up for a 2 fold leaflet in publisher

A brochure? What version Publisher do you have?

In 2002-03, File, New, Publications for print, brochure
In 2007, Click Apply a Template, brochure.

These templates will give you an idea on how to setup a two fold brochure.
