How do I set up hyperlink rollover effects in SharePoint?

In FrontPage 2003 to set hyperlink rollover effects its,
Format/Background/Advanced/ Rollover style. However in SharePiont the
“rollover style†button isn’t there. How is the same effect achieved in
SharePoint?
