How do I set up Mial.com to work with outlook 2007?

I have upgraded my mail.com address to include pop3 but I am still can not
send mail through outlook 2007. I get: error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot
connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider
(ISP).' I am receiving mail. Does anyone have any suggestions.
