How do I set up MS Project 98 to work with Windows XP Professional?

Because after installing it is asking for MSO97.dll does this work with
Windows XP Professional?

The info at

help. (Found via Google search for mso97.dll. Other links suggest this a
file associated with Office 2000 which is a later program after Project
98 and to me says this not at all an issue with XP).
