How do I set up multible outgoing addresses using one isp

Example: I have my isp set up with 1 other email address pointing to my main
address however on outgoing email I can choose the secondary email address.

Add a second account to your mail profile. Tools>E-mail Accounts>Add a new
e-mail account>Next. When you're done, your compose window will have an
Accounts button you can use to choose the sending account (and its attendant
address).
