How do I set up multilangual views in Outlook contacts

I've recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 (Japanese version) on a Japanese XP
Operating System, and having trouble finding out how to display my contacts
folder correctly.

I have no problem viewing my Chinese and Japanese contact names, but when it
comes to my business and personal contacts in Denmark and elsewhere in
Europe, I can only see the Danish and other Scandinavian characters correctly
in the Address Card view, but NOT when I am viewing the information By
Category. Any suggestions how to get around this problem will be appreciated.
