How do I set up multiple connections in Visio?

I'm attempting to create an Organization Chart in Visio Professional 2002. I
have it set up so that there are three departments, with subordinates under
each department. However, one of the subordinates works for two different
departments, but I cannot get the program to allow me to have two different
connections for the same subordinate.

When I try and draw a second connector, it just moves it away from the first
one. Is it possible to create multiple connections using the connection tool?

It is not possible in Visio 2000 Organization charts to have two parents for
one subordinate. This is enforced by the solution code.

We fixed this (sort of) in Visio 2003 with the "dotted-line reporting"
connector.
