How do I set up Multiple suers to use MS Outlook BACKUP? Option o.

On MS Outlook BACKUP, the FILE, BACKUP option only showed up on the user (Win
XP PRO) I was using to install it. The other users don't have that option.
When I tried to install it on another user it told me I had to uninstall &
re-install. Does this make any sense? How do I install it for multiple users
on a single machine?
