I want to be able to set up our Corporate stationery, i.e. Logo, name,
address, etc at the top of the page and including a disclaimer at bottom of
the page, as the default stationery in Outlook 2003. Normally, in Word you
place all of these items in the Header and Footer. This does not then work
in Outlook. How do I make it work?
