how do i set up nutritional facts labels

I need help setting up nutritional facts labels , have done one in word using
s table, but need to turn the label so that it is vertical not horizontal

Do you have a question about a Microsoft Access database? If so, it sounds
like you're talking about formatting in a report, rather than the subject of
this group (tables and database design).
